Wow, I really didn't think I ate so much. It was a picnic with friends so I knew I was going to indulge but, when I entered in all the food... I just wanted to stop recording halfway through. It certainly didn't feel like I was over-eating but, I guess numbers don't lie. Learned a tough lesson, thankfully before the major food holidays. I need to make better choices and/or bump up my exercises around days I know I will be "feasting". I feel disappointed in myself since I was trying to, and thought I was, keeping it under control (minus the drinks). I'm back on the wagon again today though.

LOL I know how that feels! I thought I had done pretty good for the day yesterday, but my husband had some stuff in the crockpot (involving garbanzo beans, peppers, onions, & smoked italian sausage) that we were going to save for tonight because it wasn't done until after 8 - but it smelled SO GOOD that we couldn't resist having some! So, NOW I will be good.

Somehow I feel better knowing that I'm not the only one. But, yes, now I will be good.
