My biggest challenge thus far as been continuing the exercise program, not only due to my surgery and the resulting complications, but its just hard to stay motivated for the exercises.

I had to eat out tonight and I decided to eat a McRib. I wanted one sooo bad when I saw they were for sale again, so I decided not to dwell anymore and just get it. I used to enjoy eating that crap?!? I ate, without much pleasure, and wished I hadn't after choking it down. My stomach is still turning. Going to see Jackass 3D didn't help things for sure.
