Today was a weird day. I started out by sleeping in. Then went out to the garden and picked some cucumbers and tomatoes. It was then time to run out to the pasture and continue to look for my hubby's ring...no haven't found that...it is like looking for a needle in a haystack. After looking for a while I needed to replace battery in metal detector so I came back into the house. There I realized how much my allergies were acting up again. I took a nap for about 1-1/2 hours. Back up and found that kids had many dishes to wash in kitchen...so while I got them working on that I went and did some laundry. After that I came back in and watched some football. I got up and made leftovers for supper and started on canning tomatoes. Now I am back at rest after spending the last two hours canning 6 quarts of homecanned tomato soup. It smells amazing in my house! I want chili soooo bad right now. Particularly since I haven't eaten much today. But it is too late at night to start eating...so that will be that. Debating if I have time to make some cake pops to take to church tomorrow. But if I am in the kitchen I may find more to eat.
