125!! i have not seen 125 o the scale in a looong time. i kept steppin on the scale over and over again to see if it was a mistake. and then taking deep breathes and relaxing and getting on again. and it was the same each time. could it be that all the joggin for 5 miles every other day is finally showing. im so excited and the results are adding to my motivation!
