I have had a very stressful week this past week. I think my weigh-in tonight was the final straw. I don't understand why I didn't lose anything this week! It was disappointing but I guess there is always next week. Maybe I won't be so stressed out and I can finally recoup and not be so sore or tired.
72,1 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 15,0 kg.    Sisa: 4,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
