Rest Day. Feels so wrong. You know once you've been use to working out everyday it feel unnatural not to. But I definitely need the rest.

Didn't get hungry until noon today. Funny how you begin to listen to what your body is telling you between workout and rest days. My workout days I have to eat every two hours.
