Day 1..

I'm sat here thinking how tired and fat I feel right now(and before gaining all the weight I was a very positive person).. After reading some of the inspirational stories posted on here, theres a little part of me that is saying I can do it too, I can lose weight this time and keep it off.

So I'm going to take small steps towards reaching my goal and keep this journal entry for two months. My first task is to force myself to do a bit of exercise - wish me luck!

LOVE your enthusiasm, Sharon!! You WILL succeed. We are all on this journey together, so please never feel like you are alone. What type of exercise are you going to start? Start with small steps & increase your time each week. Have a fabulous week! :) Deb

The positive person is still there but you have to allow yourself to hear her voice. When you hear Negative Nelly, banish her to the outskirts of your mind but always listen to Shining Sharon because you are beautiful, strong and motivated. You did not gain the weight in one day and it will take more than a day to loose it. Take one baby step at a time.

Thank you both for such fantastic comments/support xx I'm going to start with some walking and gentle exercise at the gym, maybe some swimming too And yes I have to remember to banish those negative thoughts and take 'one baby step at a time' .. :-)

Hi Sharon...*hugs* you know someone told me this " I believe in myself" you know i read that everyday before i eat and start my day,,its hard,,ive done the diet thing,stomach stapling diet thing,,its crazy!!!!! But u know,i take each day like its my first and plan my day,,i dont make the plans the night before except breakfast,,I believe in you,,:)
