So wiped today from muscle soreness. Need to recover. Trying to decide if I want to do an evening workout tonight. My next "rest day" would be Wednesday, if I decide not to do an evening workout on Wednesday. Long-course is only happening for another day or so, so I'd like to take advantage of that while I still can.

Times were horrible today. I was dragging through the water. Feeling a little discouraged.
