Busy day today at work! Trying to get my water in, but I'm sure it'll be no problem after back to back classes of "step class" & "ZUMBA". Two of my favaorite workout sessions! Oh and my food, geez it's so challenging especially when I'm really not hungry. I fix my dinner to eat at work so I'm all done with that by the time I get home from my workout session which is quite late to be eating dinner.

Noticed some looseness in a pair of pants I wore today as they were a tad snug lol. It hit me over the weekend why I hadn't been really feeling like my clothes weren't getting loose, duh because when I first lost 30lbs, I gained 12 of those lbs back and so far have lost 6 of them(hoping it's more by weigh in on 11/3/10)BUT I haven't yet gotten back down to where the clothes I have on now are when I first lost the weight the first time. (probably don't make sense to you, but it does to me LOL.......Silly me.......)
