Salad: onion, cucumber, kale, Swiss chard, tomato, green peppers, orange pepper, sauerkraut, copycat subway sweet onion sauce minus the oil. And dill pickles. With water. I prepped a large batch of salad so I can reach for it for a quick snack today. I also am making an oil free veggie burger shared by utuber: Garbanzo girl.
Work on the van topper is progressing!! I notice I need to keep food prepped while we are working as I want to reach for the quickest foods to eat because we will often keep working until we are overtired and super hungry!! Randy eats whole food plant-based emphasis on starches like I do!
