Well I’m ending day 2. I did better today. Sorta. Drank more water. Almost 64 oz - yay! Am trying that intermittent fasting (IF) thing at 16:8. 16 hrs fasting, 8 hrs regular meals.
Did ok but ate breakfast at 10:30 - 1 hr before the 16 ended. Tonight was supposed to begin fasting again at 7:30 pm but had some M&Ms around 10:30. Oy! Not sure how many days in a row to do this. Really looking forward to results. Using Fastic app with this app to get me straightened out.
