Not been very good lately as had a few days at the English lakes, walked but the food was soooooooooo good need I say more? I suppose nothing worth gaining is easy and I must start giving my body the TLC I give to my garden and stop over feeding and watering. It is still good to read others who are having issues like me and gives me new resolve. My Fatsecret report would read must try harder!!!!!!
