Down another lb. this week. Stuck but the brownie my son make and I ate one. Oh not get back on track today. Nutrie product is coming today I was out of Skinne' that will help with that sugar cravings. Down 7.5 inches though that is awesome, I do have a waist. Reunion coming up in October better follow the plan plus our first Nutrie Chicago training is coming up in 2 weeks. I will be able to meet Kim Lyons there can't wait. Hade week one weight loss challenge webinar last night very cool and informative. I learn something every week listening to the weekly webinars. Got to pay more attention to my phone app, drinking water, eating when it tells me to. So excited to continue on this journey. Felling soo much better these days.
