I ate at a Mexican restaruant tonight. The wife ate cheese dip and all the things we used to eat. I found myself staring at the menu, looking for good and healthy things to eat. What a difference! Once upon a time I was only concerned with what tasted good. The funny thing was, I didn't want any of the greasy crap I used to order. I WANTED something with veggies, something I knew I could have without worrying about what I was putting in my body. I tried a bite of her cheese dip (with meat and stuff in it) and it was horrible. I don't doubt the food was fine, I just didn't want it! I ate my grilled shrimp and veggies and gave the rice to my wife. I am pretty pleased with myself right now.
