All your talk of cycling inspired me to set up my turbo trainer on the balcony. I hope I get results as good as yours!

Anne, I am sure you will if you put the effort in.
I would use it for HIT sessions. Do 2 x of 1 min flat out 3 x a week. After 2 weeks up it a bit. You will be surprised at the results.

I am a swimmer so I am really missing that. I used to be quite handy on a mountain bike and love spin class so I don't know why I didn't think of the turbo before. HIT it is! Thank You. x
