I love my diet :) With planning, I was able to enjoy pizza and fudge for lunch. It's all in the portions.

Reflections on the Day After:

After eating healthy for 2 1/2 months, my body feels like it's pumping mud this morning. Was it worth the moment of going down gastric memory lane? Only to teach me that my body can do just fine without junk food.

That's one of the big keys right there is planning! Then you don't grab fast food or junk when you suddenly find yourself starving! Good for you!
