I am now back on my diet with a vengenance. Now im really losing weight. Since I weighed in in 2008 i have lost 20lb (1stone 4 lb) I want to reach my goal weight of 168(12stone)Just 17lb to go. thats if my maths are correct. not used to dealing in pounds still on the old stones. wish me luck any tips welcome
