Weight is on the rise because I can't work out due to a lower back muscle strain... Sob... Sob... Sob... Going to try and work out today... sigh....

You'll get back soon. Meanwhile, you can still lose weight. Ironically (and annoyingly) I lose more weight when I don't exercise than when I do.

Thanks Heather... i just hate to see all my hard work towards my weight loss gains going in the WRONG direction because of an injury...

Maybe some neighbourhood walking will keep it in check? Is walking ok for muscle strain? My ortho massage therapist tells me to keep moving when I have lower back muscle strain, so that it doesn't scar. That scar word is enough to keep me moving. LOL
