I'm doing greaT. THESE past couple of days i havent been doing so well though. I think I am a little stressed or something-- confused about a relationship and anxious for it to move forward or for somehting to happen. We're in that in between phase. So i've been taking my frustration and anxiety out on food. but i gotta stop. i gotta chill. i cant be mad at myself for eating crap because that's only going to make it worse. and i've been trying to make healthier choices, but still im eating mass amounts. i guess i should see it as a metabolism boost. haha now my metabolism will be on full speed and when i go back to my normal eating habbits ill lose weight. so yeah, i gotta stop eating a lot. okay. im done. let it go.
