Liv this is something I struggle with! Since I’m trying to maintain now I feel jealous of those who have big drops lol. There’s something addicting about seeing that downward arrow. I hope you are doing well my friend!

Just enjoy finding your balance, Groatmeal! You are an inspiration here in our FS world :) That downward trend hasn't been my experience in awhile - hope to see it soon! I am more active and do well diet-wise for a few days, then bingo bango, just overeat. Has been a tough winter/spring to get into my best groove. I keep trying, tho!
