Sorry Sam, I’ve only just seen your comment, my diet doesn’t really ever I maintain my weight at 175Ibs I only gain weight when I’m fully training at the gym this time next year I hopefully will back to 185Ibs so until then I’ll maintain. My Journal is set to private not really for any real reason maybe I just think it’s only of interest to me Because I don’t really record my meals or exercise but I do take pictures I of what I have eaten and maybe the odd photo a few have mentioned it before so as soon as I get a chance I will open it up again and you can have a look 👍
