Still on track. I seem to be having digestive problems so I got some gummy fiber supplements. They're pretty good, much better than a powder I think. I'm getting a dance pad for my computer on Thursday, so I'll hopefully get some more exercise playing Stepmania.

You're doing well! The fiber is a good idea. I just started taking chia seeds, putting them in my oatmeal. My doctor's assistant said they are a really good way to keep regular which is always a problem for me. They're a little crunchy, but no real taste, so it's a more natural way to get help than taking drugs.
