I am back where I was in November (weight wise) I have not been even really trying to eat healthy the pandemic, stress, life... there are a million excuses... but I'm not looking for an excuse now I am looking for a way....a way to eat healthy, move more, be happy and positive... I'm grateful to have fat secret...
104,1 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 9,3 kg.    Sisa: 1,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
