Back on a plan- I've decided that my long-term goal is to run a marathon. One year from now I will run a 1/2 marathon and in 12 weeks, I will run in a 5k. I've committed to running every day for 20 minutes. And I'm eating 5 times a day - 346 cal a meal for a total of 1730 a day. I want to get down to 15% body fat, today I'm at 33% body fat-- I am skinny fat!
