Started the 'equation thingy' on the 14th when I was weighing around 160lbs and felt a bit in a rut.I now set my RDI each day accordingly and things are now shifting AND I also went over my RDI yesterday.Just set it today to 1761, that is minus the 500 for food deficit.My weight has dropped in them few days even with the over eating to 158.2lbs. I won't record it yet though.
