So last night... i went totally A-wall again.
I ate a salad for dinner late last night...
I was starving, and it was friday. So i ate some chicken alfrado (sp?)
from domino's... and then some dark chocolate chex mix and come mixed nuts.
It wasnt a binge, just more like a splurge.
I have been dying for something sweet and salty for about a month, so I hope last nights adventure satisfied me. At least until halloween.


I'm having a hard time dealing with this crunched amount of time i have. I want to reach 155-158 by my birthday, which is December 6th.
In short, i'm actually pretty stressed over it because I have been losing weight very, very slowly this past month or so.
I guess i should be thankful. I mean, I was stuck at 178 for a long, long time. [like, 3 weeks if i remember right]
and I hope what I am doing now is working for me so I can reach my goal.
Only time will tell, I guess.
I should be more optimistic... but its so hard too.
God, please send me a sign of hope.

I understand the occasional need for a treat. Just make sure to get in some more exercise time and keep eating your veggies and meats. You will get to your goal in no time, I know it!
