Its friday and its an exercise day! :]
I'm very motivated this morning.

I've taken on a new philosophy on my caloric intake.
My BCI is 1650. And there are some days where i dont even take in 1000!!!! I've been eating this way for about two weeks. Pffft, no wonder i honestly feel like I am killing myself over here.
So my new philosophy is that I really need to keep myself satisfied.
No only on a metal level, but I need to take care of my body. And then it will take care of me :]
In other words, i need to make my body happy lol
So, I have a lot of wiggle room, and I am going to shoot for 1400 calories a day.
Today, maybe i'll eat 1200.

I'm very motivated to exercise, so i'm off! :D

Calories:

Kashi cereal + milk= 190
Banana= 100



1/2 cup cottage cheese= 100
1/2 pineapple= 40



peanut butter= 190
celery= 25
yogurt- 80


Total= 725
