Day 2 of this calorie-counting business
Well, I know i am going to eat more today because i'm not going to exercise today.
And that means that I am able to keep on an eating schedule.


kashi cereal + milk= 190
banana= 100


Left over half of my subway sandwich= 380


Apple= 85
Yogurt= 80



1 cup grapes- 100


Panda Express Panda Bowl
with Mushroom chicken and Mixed Veggies= 220


total= 1155

Well... thats not my *real* total for today...
After I ate my panda bowl i was hungry like an hour later. And I had some of my mom's chow mein and orange chicken... I just went totally A-wall!
I'm guessing it was an extra 300 calories. So today was actually a really 'high' calorie day for me.
Ugh...
grrr!
what am i supposed to doooooooo!?!!!?!?
