So this is the picture that made me realise i need to get my s##t together, it was the end of April and me and the wife were having 2-3 takeaways a week and i was drinking more than my fair share! I was 18 stone then and after 6 weeks of dieting and 4 using FS I've lost half a stone and i have to say FS is amazing at keeping me on track, reading your posts makes you realise were not alone and the community is as helpful as the app. Cheers guys keep up the good work!
