So today’s weigh-in is a mixed bag I suppose because on one hand I am thrilled because I lost a good amount of weight and I met a milestone. I AM OFFICIALLY NO LONGER CONSIDERED OBESE! By any standard measure now. I know a lot of people are negative on BMI and all but just to be able to say I’m not considered obese anymore is a great feeling. On the other hand I know I should be doing a lot better at this point. I am just letting go a little too much on football weekends and its turning my loss to a snails crawl. The gaps in my weight history are because there were increases in between that I knew I would burn off which furthers my thoughts that I could be so much lower. This is the longest I have been in an area (the 190’s) and I am ready to be in the 180’s. That being said I am going to Minnesota this weekend for the game and I know there is nothing helpful going on for this trip as my buddy and I have already figured out which places were going to eat. Anyways I really need to refocus and maybe hit the gym an extra day this week to make up for what I know is going to be a bad weekend.

Milestones:
11.0 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!!
22.1 lbs – 100 pounds lost
31.3 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range
40.6 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!

You are doing great and if you dont ever have those little cheat days you will go insane! Just keep doing what your doing obviously its working no matter how long it takes! Good job!
