Thankfully today was much better than yesterday!
I had a really productive work day and got some things ticked off my to do list that have been hanging around for far too long.
I also did better at getting some steps in today. At 9.30pm I am on 1843 and my goal is 2000. I know, that's hardly anything, but on days when I don't try I get closer to 600. So 2000 is a really feasible but significant improvement.
So I'm feeling more positive and looking forward to another good day tomorrow. That's all I can do, take one day at a time!
