Not feeling really good again today. My head feels like it is going to burst! However, I am still going to go for a walk tonight for about 30 minutes with a friend of mine.

Eating some not so great foods yesterday and today. Going to the Vikings game tomorrow, so I am sure that there will be not so good food involved with that. Just hoping coming Wednesday that the scale is down!

I am sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I hope the walk made you feel better. I know too, sometimes when I am not feeling well a brisk walk can pick me up. Just try not to over do it. It seems like yesterday you had some good food but in moderation. Just when you can try to get back on track. It is ok to eat what you want but in moderation. I see yesterday you only had a little over 1400 calories, so that is pretty good if you ask me. I know when I mess up during one meal, I try to make up for it during another. But keep up the good work, you seem real consistent with tracking everything and I am sure you will get back on track. Stay strong....
