Just played around with my goal weight and how that affects the graph on my weight history. I think I will stick with my previous goal weight and do this in chunks. When I tried putting in my ultimate goal my weight history looked like a straight line that has barely moved. However, when I have a smaller goal it looks impressive! like I am actually accomplishing something. I don't think that losing almost 30 lbs is anything to sneeze at. I started at 294 before I came onto this site. So at 265 that is quite a drop in 3.5 months. It works out to be a couple pounds a week. I just have to remember it did not all come on in a few months...it is going to take time to get rid of it too!
