Not going to the gym today. I need a day off. I think Sundays from now on will be my no workout day. Still doing low carb, but had a banana this morning and nearly DIED when I saw all the carbs. I know they are good carbs, but WOW! I will have to have a nice lean lunch and dinner, that's for sure! Found and awesome scale at goodwill for $10 that tracks four peoples weights, BMI and water! Saved about $30 I'd say by checking Goodwill! YAY! Brand new, still n the box.
Waiting for the clouds to part so I can go float in the pool for a while. I love the weekends. Tomorrow is Monday though, UGH, back to the grind!!
