Back to work after eating a very planned out, low calorie lunch and THIS is on my desk. I find myself staring at it, having a pretend conversation with it in my head:
Pie: eat me
me: no
pie: i'm delicious
me: no please dont...
pie: u know u want me...

1080 kkal Lemak: 36,07g | Prot: 47,63g | Karb: 142,32g.   Makan Pagi:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Private Selection Organic Frozen Berry Medley, Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix - Dutch Chocolate. Makan Siang: Tostitos Medium Salsa, Wasa Sourdough Crispbread,  Mayonnaise , Farm Fresh Hard Boiled Eggs. Makan Malam: Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix - Cookies 'N Cream, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Camilan/Lainnya: Ruffles Cheddar & Sour Cream Potato Chips, Wasa Sourdough Crispbread,  Peach,  Plum. lagi...

I threw it in the fridge so it would stop tempting me. Maybe ill freeze it and have it once I reach my goal 😁
