Textmaven, I learned this fairly recently too. Traditionally, those who practice ashtanga take moon days off. Women can also take lady holidays or avoid inversions during their time of the month. Take care❣️💞💞💞

Good to know! I chose Ashtanga during quarantine because I don’t have to rely on my tiny phone screen for asana indicators. Guess I’m doing modified Ashtanga. :-)
