Hello All! After 3 days of nothing but working and driving, I finally got some exercise! (I started on 9/11) I'm not sure where this lack of motivation has come from. I am on day 15 and have lost 13 lbs, 8 or 9 of those were from the first 7 days - mainly water. I wish you all well with your challenges... Stay positive and if you're anything like me,,, make yourself work out if your feeling down. It definately made me feel better!

I think that's my hardest thing with my weightloss.. commiting to the workouts. I slack way too much on it! Great job to you for losing those lbs. Heck, 7 lbs might have been 9 lbs might have been water weight, but that still means you lost 4 lbs in the next week. That's awesome!
