Saturday mid morning. I'll probably post again tonight. BUT just had to post that I've held my weight. Now I would have like to just see a loss, like to have seen a BIG loss. BUT that's ok. I feel good, I'm eating good. I should be more active, but after working in the machine shop for 2 days I'm beat. Ok, I realize that may be an excuse since I say I'm beat even when I work in the office! But I just don't like to exercise! I do like swimming and I think I'll ask the neighbor if I can use their pool (motel) on off hours (when he doesn't have guests using it) to swim laps. I was on the swim team, a pool lifeguard and taught kids swimming when I was in high school and a couple years after. I really miss that. It is not easy to swim laps in the Ocean, but I might try that this evening also. TALK TO MYSELF: "OK JOYCE, JUST DO IT"
Anyway, Today I'm still on my Plan and I'm trying the Fast 5 from 8-1pm.
we will see how that goes, since I'm bring mom to the play today at 2pm it should be ok for me.
