Burned 3278 calories, ate 1302 calories (not hungry..if I get hungry, I will eat something healthy). Net -1976 calories. My best so far!

Housecleaning the majority of the day along with cooking two meals and a long walk (and another short one). The long walk was for the Walking 30 minutes a day with your dog challenge. My Hiro loves it but I have to be careful not to overdo it because we have a heat advisory here. We go out early in the morning or late in the evening. Tomorrow, it is unlikely I will have time to take him for a 30 minute walk because it will be a busy day going to places I can't take him. It is a good thing we are allow 3 days off a week :)

I am so sore and tired from today. My knee hurts a bit so I am going to have to be careful with it. Took a nice cool shower and calling it a day.
