I feel great today. Well..right now I feel great lol. Started my day feeling sticky and hot..yuck..the weather is nasty outside. All I wanted to do was to take a shower but I knew that I was going to do my floor exercises today and go for a walk with my dog. So, I decided my treat was a nice shower after workout with the a/c on.
I did have the other half of the snicker's bar...yes..ladies..that is why.
Around noon, I did my floor exercises and did sweat a bit. I definitely feel it in my abs until about 2-4 minutes after I do that workout. 120 crunches (different types added together). I want to increase that next week. My arm workouts I feel for a bit longer after the work out and very much so the next day. The lower back exercise is the one that I feel the longest. Must work in a proper stretch routine.
After the floor exercise I went for a walk with my dog. I signed up for a "game" called Geocaching which I think is a great motivator for getting out the of the house. www.geocaching.com if anyone is reading this and is curious.
Basically, this is an outdoor adventure game. Members leave little hidden treasures in different places and you use your phone/GPS to search for those coordinates. While you are searching, you get to explore/go on hikes etc.
So, on my walk, I tried to search for a geocache that is in the area where I walk. I didn't find it because I ran out of time (husband needed to be somewhere) but I am looking forward to going and searching again.
Someone has made a 4 mile walk (local) which different hidden caches along the way. I think that I will try for that on a week day when the weather is cooler and I (and my dog) are a bit stronger for that length of a walk.

Came back sweaty and hot and took a nice long cool shower. Feel 100% better :) Enjoying some air popped popcorn because I was HUNGRY. Dinner is going to be FATTY. Husband is hankering for some unhealthy food. So this meal is his pick. I am ok with that..we eat healthy everyday. I worked out the calories. Making Buttermilk Soaked Fried Chicken with some Mashed Potatoes (or French Fries-Oven) and some steam peas. This is a dish I will make only once a year..because I think that is all I can tolerate...I mean..it is fried in Crisco! I may make him gravy, if he requests it.

Well, back to studying.
