Ouch ouch ouch - went to curves and did whatever machine where you end up in the sitting position and push up - thought I was doing great almost hitting my ankles - two hours later paying for it big time.
Think I will take the day off from exercise tomorrow - at the most go hit some balls on the driving range so I am ready for Sunday

Great that you are moving a lot! I admire you, im doing just a little exercise everyday, i know its not much, but i will try to keep it going. Lets see how long will it last :)
