ok, well I've been on this site but not active very much. I have to get back to it, but right now I can find numerous reasons why not.....well lets just call it as it IS, they aren't valid 'reasons' they are my typical EXCUSES. OK, time to have a talk with 'self' stop the excuses and deal with outside stuff that gets to me as just that; OUTSIDE STUFF! It will still get to me, however I need to find my 'happy' place and just let it go, deal with it, or put it aside for now. I did go up in my weight but didn't record it, not by much but enough so that it down right scares me. It is just so easy to put on the pounds and all in the wrong places! Has anyone tried or heard of the Sirtfood Diet? I'm doing a modified fast and low carb right now. Take care to all in FS land :-)
