I think I have uncovered a flaw in my diet plan. I just realized that I was so busy yesterday...I didn't eat any fruits during the day. Even though I ate relatively few calories and was more physically active than normal...I did not lose anything. I am going to try making sure that I get some fruit every day and see if that makes a difference.

As long as your calories are in order it shouldn't make a difference. It's good for you though! If you're weighing yourself daily you can expect fluctuations. I desperately try not to do that because, for me at least, It can get discouraging. As long as you're sticking with it you'll get those results! Have a good weekend :-)
