Hello everyone ..
My name is Somaya , and I’m starting this new lifestyle change for my health and my body , this isn’t the first time I have followed a “diet” , I’ve come to realize that diets don’t really work , they’re all about restricting calories and not allowing us to enjoy foods that we like and challenging our willpower , they’re so overwhelming and annoying, I’ve been trying different methods for loosing weight pretty much for a long time , and depending on what I’ve done and went thro I’ve discovered what really works with me , I’ve discovered my body and how it reacts with different diets and I’ve found what best for me , so this message is for anyone who’s trying to loose weight , life isn’t ONLY so out loosing weight it’s about experimenting and trying new thing and most importantly discovering your body and what really works for it so you can enjoy what you eat ^^
