I am having such a hard time getting under 130lbs. It's like a big hill I can't get over. I wish I could understand why I hold myself back. I know it is a mental thing more than a physical one, because I don't have a doubt in my mind I could lose it if I would just allow myself to. I wish I could do my three week diet, but I'm breast feeding and I know from previous experience that it effects my supply. If I can just do good for the next three days I can get past this. Maybe the fact that I work until Saturday will help me. (Crosses fingers)
