It's Monday and it's another weigh in day for me but it hasn't been as good as last week, only -0.2 kg. But I am happy anyway because a n y weight loss takes me toward my goal 😉 .

Here it comes - chicken broth and all-the veg-I-have-in-the fridge soup.....115 kcal per portion(400 ml)🥦🥒🥕🍆🌽🌶.
