I've been gone for a week visiting my sister. I was unable to post to fatsecret ,so I'll pick it up from today. I'll weigh in tomorrow and face the consequences. We did get in five daily walks of 3 miles with lots of hills since we were in St, Joe,Mo. Might have helped.
