Had a terrible few days of work stress, but thankfully that is all behind me now. I'm going to take it easy over the weekend but make preparations for a better week to come.

I realised today that I can do dumbbells bicep curls sitting in my desk chair! The occasional 5 minutes of that should help me to not snack so much, fingers crossed! I'm also going to work on my steps count because I'm not getting 1000 a day most days and that's just crazy!

I'm getting back my positivity - long may it stay!
