What a confusing week! I had a great weigh-in this morning and I don’t know how. I drank like a fish and ate a lot of crap that I normally haven’t been touching (last minute wendy’s, etc.) I did pull a rookie move and get sick on Tuesday night from to much alcohol but that surely couldn’t account for where I ended up. Who knows maybe I am just dehydrated today which is accounting for some water weight loss.
Anyways I have another trying week as I fly out to Iowa on Friday to watch my team get massacred. Sure I won’t be eating any salads or drinking any water on this trip. Hope to get through and still pull a pound off by next week. I really want to hit the next milestone soon. I’ve been floating in the 190’s too long because I’m not focusing at all and just living life as if I don’t have any weight left to lose.

Milestones: 0.8 lbs - No longer obese ever again 12.4 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!! 32.7 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range 42.0 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!
