So much good advice about all the weight I put on yesterday. The scale only dropped 3 lbs today....hmmmm (and I looked behind me to make sure BA wasn't there leaning on me again today!!). Still could be water - I wasn't as dilligent about my water yesterday as I usually am. I DID check my pockets - no empty bottles (thanks, Davey, for that piece of advice). I was pretty sure I put that flour sack down!! I made sure that my scale was ACTUALLY on the floor! Oh well, just so it doesn't hold on for a whole week!!!
To top all this off, I went out for dinner with some friends last night. Had a great salad bar at the place we went to. I was thrilled. I was really hungry for salad. But on that beautiful salad bar, they had my favorite pasta salad, IN THE WORLD!! Its the one with chunks of ham and peas in a creamy sauce....yummmmmmy. I had ONE bite. Yes, you read that right - ONE bite (it was a rather large bite, I will admit, but ONE bite, nonetheless)!! And I had gas so bad I could bairly stand my own company!! (I share such nice things with you people, don't I?) I belched and belched, and did other things (tee hee....). I think it lifted me off the chair a couple times (and almost knocked me out of bed)!! I was so mad at myself. One bite is so not worth that!!!
Why do I have to keep relearning these lessons? _________________________________
